By creating an account or using Mexican Muscle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Pick a username that is not impersonating someone else. We may reclaim usernames that are misleading, offensive or infringe someone's rights.

Mexican Muscle provides general fitness and nutrition content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice.

Workouts, challenges such as pull-up contests, and AI macro estimates are not tailored to your medical history. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program, and stop immediately if you feel pain or unwell. You participate at your own risk.

Do not post harassment, hate speech, nudity, spam, doxxing, illegal content, or anything that promotes disordered eating or unsafe training.

Do not scrape the app, abuse the API, or interfere with other members. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting publicly you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content inside the app and in promotion of the community.

Progress photos and direct messages are private and are not used for promotion.

Muscle Points, badges and streaks have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or reset if we detect cheating or a technical error.

Rewards and partner restaurant offers are subject to availability and the partner's own terms. We are not responsible for the food, service or conduct of any partner venue or live event host.

Premium features can currently be unlocked by meeting in-app activity goals. We may change how premium is earned or introduce paid plans in future, with notice in the app.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@mexicanmuscle.net. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury arising from your use of workouts, challenges or events.
